Return and Exchange Policies

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

Exchange 

You can return your product to exchange it for another one of the same item. 

Return 

If you want to return your product you will be refunded to the original payment method.

Damaged Returns are only acceptable if that's the state you originally received your product in. In which case we apologize for the inconvenience and offer a return for refund or an exchange for an undamaged product. 

Lost Returns will not be refunded unless we are able to receive product you are returning. Be sure to keep a tracking number to ensure we received your return.

 

Exceptions to Returns and Exchanges

-Discounted items are Final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Items listed as ineligible for exchange.

-Returned items must be in same condition they were sold in and returned in original packaging.

-Returned items must not have visible signs of wear.

• Once we receive the product you are returning you will be refunded. 
• If you are exchanging your product please include a note in your return specifying if you need a replacement of the same item and what was wrong with it.
